This feature enables you to add an audit date, this is where review is done and final result of the same captured.

Please follow the below steps:

 

1. Log into the system

 

2. Go to "Controls Hub" module

 

3. Click on "Services and Policies" sub module

 

4. Click on "Business Continuity Plans" link

 

5. To view all the Business Continuity Plans captured in the system

 

6. Go to the specific plan you wish to add an Audit date for, select it by clicking on the "Action" button against it

 

7. Click on "BCP Audits" (Business Continuity Plan) option

NB: Edit option should you need to update details, view, comment should you wish to comment and attachments for attaching documents involved in the plan.

 

8. Click on "Add BCP" (Business Continuity Plan) Date button to add an audit date

 

9. Select the date as shown below the click on the "Add" button once done to save

 

10. The audit date has been saved as shown below you will get a system reminder on the same to conduct the audit on the selected date.
