These are the tasks involved in the business continuity plan i.e. in case of an incident who gets to be notified first and the flow of activities to be done this is to ensure the participants are aware of their responsibilities.
Please follow the below steps:
1. Log into the system
2. Go to "Controls Hub" module and click on the "Services and Policies" sub module
3. Click on "Business Continuity" Plans link
4. This is to view all the Business Continuity Plans captured in the system
5. Go to the specific plan you wish to add a task for and click on the "Action" button against it as shown in the example below
6. Click on the "BCP Tasks" (business continuity plans) options
NB: Advance Search button used to perform a quick search, Export to Excel should you wish to export the list and the Print option should you need a print out of the same.
7. Click on "Add BCP" (business continuity plans) Task button
8. Fill in all the details in the pop out form accordingly as shown in the example below
i.e. Select user to be Notified, when, who, does what, where and how.
9. Once done click on the Create button to submit the details
