Business Continuity is the capability of the company to continue delivering its services at pre-defined disruptive incidents. Planning is the process of creating systems of prevention and recovery to deal with potential threats to a company.
Follow the below steps:
1. Log into the system
2. Go to "Controls Hub" Module and click on Services and Policies sub module
3. Click on "Business Continuity Plans" link
4. This is to view all the Business Continuity Plans captured in the system as shown below
5. To add a plan, click on "Add Business Continuity Plan" button at the top page
6. Fill in all the details accordingly in the provided fields, I.e. Title, object, launch criteria, owner, sponsor, capex (expenses spent by a firm for the long term investments), opex (daily operational expenditure), audit methodology, status, etc as shown in the example below.
7. Once done click on the "Add" button to submit the details captured
8. The details will now appear under the business continuity plans list as shown in the example 2 below.
