This is the management of different projects this involves other assets and contains a sequence of events i.e. how they were created, used and disposed to ensure control in their lifecycle from start to finish.
Follow the below steps:
1. Log into the system
2. Go to "Controls Hub" module
3. Click on "Services and Policies" sub module
4. Click on "Project Management" link
5. This is to view all the projects captured in the system which shows their details i.e. title, start-end date, owner, budget planned and active status as shown below
6. To add a project, click on "Add Project" button at the top page
7. Fill in all the details in the pop out form accordingly i.e. Title, goal, project start and end date, planned budget, owner and status (planned, ongoing or completed)
8. Once done click on the "Create" button to submit the details
9. As shown in example 3 below the registered project will be saved under the project list with its current status.
NB: Advance Search button at the top page used to perform a quick search, Export to Excel should you wish to export the list and the Print option should you need a print out of the same.
