This module enables you to examine the policies which are used in risk identification, control and compliance management.
Follow the below steps:
1. Log into the system
2. Go to "Controls Hub" module
3. Click on "Services and Policies" sub module
4. Click on "Security Policies" link
5. To view a list of all policies captured in the system containing their details and their current status i.e. if OK (review have bee done) or Missing Reviews as shown below
6. Go to the specific policy you wish to review
7. Click on the "Action" button against it
8. Click on "SP Reviews" (Security Policies) option
9. Click on "Add Review" button in the pop out policy review form
10. Fill in all the details in the pop out form as shown below
I.e. planned date, actual date, description, status (pending or completed) and the next review date.
11. Click on "Post" button to submit the review details
