Security Policies outlines how to protect the organization services from threats i.e. computer security threats, and how to handle situations when they do occur. A security policy must identify all of a company's assets as well as all the potential threats to those assets. Note that the stated policies must be reviewed depending on the selected review date.

Steps:

1. Log into the system


 

2. Click on "Controls Hub" module


 

3. Click on "Services and Policies" sub module


 

4. Click on "Security Policies" link


 

5. This is to view all the security policies with their details and current status i.e. (security polies with reviews and the ones missing review), next review date, document type etc as shown in the example below.


 

6. To add a security policy, click on "Add Security Policy" button  then fill in all the details in the provided fields as shown below

I.e. Title, description, document type, published date, label, policy status etc.

 

7. Fill in all the details i.e. policy status, related policies, policy URL, policy portal permission etc. Once done click on the "Add" button to save the details.


 

8. Once submitted the details will now appear in the Security Policies list indicating its current status.

As shown in example 44, below policy has just been registered which awaits reviews.
