Contract Status provides an indicator of where your contract is in the contract life cycle or stage. Status can change depending on the different activities done i.e. from Draft (being worked on)-final draft (initiates the approval and signing process)-active (contract has met all requirements) and expired (valid period has elapsed). 

 


Please follow the below steps:

1. Log into the system

 

2. Click on “MANAGE CONTRACTS” module

 

3. Go to the specific contract you wish to change status and click on the check box against it

 

4. Select the status i.e. mark as draft, final draft, active, expired and delete as shown below 

 

5. Once done click on Go button to effect the changes
