The contract control form comprising of different sections i.e. part a contract details, part B approvals and part C document execution.

Follow the below steps:

1. Log into the system

2. Click on “MANAGE CONTRACTS” module

3. Go to the specific contract you wish to view a control form, click on “Action” button against it

4. Click on “Contract Control Form” option

5. To view the control form as shown below

NB: Print option should you need a print out of the same
