Note that after sharing contracts for signing, all the signatories will receive an email notification to sign the contract according to the order of the signatories i.e. The first signatory should sign followed the second etc.
Follow the below steps:
1. Log into the system
2. Click on “MANAGE CONTRACTS” module
3. This is to view a list of all contracts in the system with their current status
Go to the contract awaiting execution then click on the “Action” button against it
4. Click on Share for Signing (Sign Request) share the document for signing
5. Fill in the details according in the pop out form as shown below i.e. attachments, notify (users to be notified of the signing process)
6. Once done click on the “Share” button to submit
7. Note that once the document has been shared for signing all the signatories will receive an email notification in their respective email addresses requesting them to sign the contract (depending on the order of signatories starting from the first-last)
8. The email notifications instructs you to sign the document using (sign request)
9. Select the option you wish to use i.e. draw, type
10. Select on the option you wish your name typed as shown below
11. Click on Draw option should you wish to insert a drawn signature
12. Once signed click on the Save and insert the drawn signature option to submit
13. Click on Finalize button to complete the process
14. After submitting you will receive a confirmation agreement as shown below
15. Once done you will receive a notification stating the document has been signed successfully
NB: This also contains the contract details i.e. title, parties etc as shown below.
16. After signing process is done an email notification will be sent stating the document has been signed
