This is the final step of the investigation process, the investigators apply different methods of conducting the matter, record the findings, solutions and conclusions.
Steps:
1. Log into the system
2. Click on “Addons” module
3. Click on “Whistle-blower” sub module
4. Click on “Process Management” link
5. This is to view a list of all the violations captured in the system. Click on the Action against button against the violation, select Investigation Team Report (final stage)
6. Fill in all the details in the investigation team Report pop out form accordingly
I.e. methods of investigation, findings, recommendations, solution, select action on perpetrator and conclusions as shown in the example below
7. Click on the Save button to submit the details
8. The Investigation status will read as completed, this means that the investigation process is completed and the necessary conclusions made regarding the matter.
