This investigation is done by the board members who share their recommendations on the matter presented during investigations process.
Steps:
1. Log into the system
2. Click on “Addons” module
3. Click on “Whistle-blower” sub module
4. Click on “Process Management” link
5. Go to the specific violation you wish to add recommendations from the board team. Click on the Action button and select Board Report option
6. Fill in all the details accordingly in the pop out Board Recommendation form
i.e. status, reason, recommendation, how to resolve, scope of investigation and the investigation team as shown below
7. Once done click on the Save button to submit the details
8. Investigation is still ongoing which awaits the Investigations Report Team to finalize on the matter.
