This investigation is done by the audit team.
Steps:
1. Log into the system
2. Go to “Addons” module
3. Click on “Whistle-blower” sub module
4. Click on “Process Management” link
5. Go to the specific violation whose Investigations Started
6. Click on Audit Report option
7. Fill in all the details in the pop out Audit Report form accordingly
i.e. select the status, reason and recommendations as shown below
8. Once done click on the Save button to submit the details
9. The violation status will now read Investigations ongoing. This means that the matter is still under investigations.
