This module enables to start the investigation process which entails recommendations from different departments involved after a violation has been reported i.e. (admin report team, audit team, board report and investigation team report) to the completion of the matter.
Steps:
1. Log into the system
2. Go top “Addons” Module
3. Click on “Whistle-blower” sub module
4. Click on “Process Management” link
5. This is to view a list of all violations captured in the system. Go to the Investigation Pending reported violation you wish to start the investigation
6. Click on the Action button against it. Select the Admin Report Team to start the investigation
7. Fill in all the details required in the pop out Administrator Data form
i.e. status (proceed with investigation or terminate the process), reason and recommendation.
8. Once done click on the Save button at the bottom page to submit the details and start the investigation process as shown in the example below
9. The violation status will read Investigation started as shown in the example below which awaits recommendations from other departments
