This module enables you upload different documents related to your client file matters in the system.

Please follow the below steps:

 

1. Log into the system

2. Click on File Management module

3. Click on “Document Manager (DMS)” link under Others section

4. Click on “Upload Document” button at the top

5. Fill in all the details in the pop out Upload Documents list

As the example below shows select the client, file, document category (select from the dropdown list), document title, document owner and the document or Folder to upload the document from.

6. Once done click on the Upload button to upload button for the document to be uploaded in the system

7. The document uploaded successfully

8. The document will be saved in the document list as shown in the example below.
