This module enables you to capture the next action regarding file matters and this also has a reminder where you will receive a notification regarding the same.

Follow the below steps:

1. Log into the system

2. Go to “File Management” module

Click on File Management module

 

 

3. Click on File Progress / Bring Ups link under Maintenance section

4. To view a list of all progresses registered in the system

A list of all progresses registered in the system will pop out

 

 

 

5. Click on “Add New Progress” button at the top

6. To add a Bring Up only, click on Add File Bring Up only option

To a Bring Up click on Add File Bring Up only option

 

 

7. Fill in all the details in the pop out Add File Bring Up form accordingly in the provided fields

I.e. select the date, client, file, next bring up date and the users you wish to send notifications to regarding the bring up. Click on the Add File Bring Up button at the bottom to save the details. Selected users to be notified will receive a reminder on the next bring up date.
