This module enables you to report a violation done i.e. an activity which was done and it’s against the company’s policy. This has to undergo different departments who investigate and share there recommendations/reviews regarding the matter before completion/ final agreement.
Steps:
1. Log into the system
2. Go to “Addons” module
3. Click on “Whistle-blower” sub module
4. Click on Report Violation link
5. This is to view a list of the violations captured in the system
6. To report a violation, click on the “Report Activity” button at the top
7. Fill in all the details in the Report Illegal Activity pop out form
As shown in the example below i.e. contact details, violation made, how it occurred, who committed, where it occurred etc
8. Click on the Report button to submit the details
9. Violation Submitted successfully
10. The violation will be saved as pending which has to go through different departments before completion as shown in the below example
