Intellectual property(IP) assets include copyrights, patents, trade secrets and trademarks that hold value for a business. Protecting them is vital to preserving their value.
Follow the below steps:
1. Log into the system
2. Go to the “Addons” Module
3. Click on “IP Management” sub module
4. Click on “Manage IP” link
5. A list of all IP assets captured in the system will pop out with their details as shown in the example below
6. To add an IP Asset, click on “Add IP Asset” button
7. Fill in all the details in the pop out Add IP Asset form
i.e. Name, IP reference, category, status, description etc. Once done click on the Add button to submit the details. The IP Asset will be saved to the IP assets list
