This report shows the expenses of the different accounts in the system.
Follow the below steps:
1. Log into the system
2. Go to “Legal Spend Management” Module
3. Click on Management Reports sub module
4. Click on Monthly Comparative Report link
5. Fill in all the details in the pop out Monthly Comparative Reports form
i.e. select the expense account you wish to view the report and the date (to and from). Once done click on the View Report button to access the report.
6. As shown in the example, below is a report of all the expenses of the different account in the system
This shows the amount and the totals. The Print option should you need a print out of the same.
7. The analysis of the same report is also displayed on the chart as shown in the example below
