This report shows how the legal officers have been performing i.e. It shows a summary of the number of files opened, files closed, instructions sent and the completion time and the diary events captured in the system.
Steps:
1. Log into the system
2. Go to “Legal Spend Management” module
3. Click on “Management Reports” sub module
4. Click on “Performance Report – Administration” link
5. Fill in the details in the pop out form I.e. Performance criteria (monthly, quarterly, annually), month, and year
Once done click on the View Report button to access the report.
6. As per the example, below is a summary of the report
Print, Export to Excel, email document-the document can be emailed and download as PDF should you need a copy of the same in PDF.
