This reports shows analysis of the billing comparison of the different law firms and provides a chart which shows the percentage billing per file types.
Steps:
1. Log into the system
2. Go to “Legal Spend Management” module
3. Click on “Management Reports” sub module
4. Click on Comparative Report (Law Firm Billing) link
5. Fill in the details in the pop out Law Firm Comparative Report form
I.e. Report type (Summary/Detailed) and the date.
6. Once done click on the View Report button to access the report
As the below example shows the selected to be viewed is a Summary report
7. As shown in the example below is a Summary report
8. Scroll down to view the billing per file type
9. You will also access billing per law firm which is displayed in chart form as shown in the example below
