This module enables you to add an account number in the charts of account lists in the system.
Follow the below steps:
1. Log into the system
2. Go to “Legal Spend Management” module
3. Click on Chart of Accounts sub module
4. Click on “Expense Account Listing” link
5. Click on “Add New Account Number” button at the top
6. Fill in the details in the General Ledger(G/L) account pop out form
i.e. account type, account name, account category, default currency etc as shown in the below example. Once done click on the Submit button
7. The account registered will be save in the chart of account list as shown in the example below.
