This report shows all the payments done, amount paid and who received the payment.

Steps:

1. Log into the system

2. Go to “Legal Spend Management” module

3. Click on “Transactions” sub module

Click on Transactions link

 

4. Click on “Payment Report” link

Click on Payment Report option

 

 

 

5. Fill in the details in the pop out Payment Report form i.e. Transaction Period

6. Once done click on the View Report button to access the report

7. The payment report appears as shown in the example below i.e. this shows the client, file, expense account, description of the item billed, amount, status (approved , pending approval) payments.
