This module enables you to add different sub activities involved in a workflow during the particular time frame planned.
Follow the below steps:
1. Log into the system
2. Go to “File Management” Module
3. Click on “Others” sub module
4. Click on “File Workflow Management” option
5. Go to the specific Workflow you wish to add Activity and click on the Action button against it
6. The Action button has different option as shown in the example below
Select the View Activities option
7. A list of all activities involved in that particular workflow will pop out as shown below
8. To add a new activity, click on the “Add New Activity” button
9. A form will pop out, fill in all the details accordingly in the provided fields
I.e. Activity name, comments, days, priority(high, normal,low) etc
10. Once done click on the Save Activity button to submit the details
11. The Submitted workflow activities are saved in the work flow activities list as shown below
The Print option should you need a printout of the same.
