This module enables you to upload all the documents related to a client in the system.
Steps:
1. Log into the system
2. Go to “File Management” Module
3. Click on “Others” sub module
4. Click on “Document Manager” (DMS) option
5. To upload a document, click on “Upload Document” button at the top left
6. Select file upload or Generate Document (to be selected in the document templates)
7. Fill in all the details in the Upload Document pop out form
i.e. client, file, document title, document owner, viewers etc
8. Go to Documents or File to upload then choose a File(s)
9. Once you have chosen a file to upload click on the Upload button to upload the document in the system
10. As shown below the document has been uploaded successfully
11. This is how the document is saved after being uploaded
Search and Advance search options when you need to perform a quick search of a particular document.
