This module enables you to book events i.e. Trainings, meetings etc, invite users from the system and other invitees using their email addresses i.e. clients and get a reminder on the same.
Steps:
Follow the below steps:
1. Log into the system
2. Go to “File Management” Module
3. Click on “Others” sub module
4. Click on “Diary Management” option
5. This shows a page of all the events booked
6. To add an event, click on the “Add Event” button at the top left of the page
7. Add Event form will pop out
Fill in all the details in the provided fields as shown in the example below i.e. Title of the event, meeting room, users invited, other users, client, file, set reminder etc
8. Once done click on the Submit button to save the event
9. Once submitted as shown below the booked event will be saved in the event list as shown in the example below.
10. Advance search tab to perform a quick search, export to excel when you need to export the calendar event to excel and Print should you need a print out of the same.
