This modules enables you to keep file movement records and know where a particular file current location.

Follow the below steps:

1.Log into the system

. Go to "File Management" module

3. Click on File Movement & Tracking sub module

4. Click on "File Request & Dispatch" link

5. A list of all file request and dispatches will pop out

6. Click on File Current Location button

7. A file current location form will pop out

Fill in the details accordingly in the provided fields i.e. Date, client, file and located with

8. Once done click on the Submit button to save the details on the current location of that specific file
