This module enables you to add a reminder/ activity which is going to be done regarding file matter and to also send notification to users involved.


Follow the below steps:


1. Log into the system

Log into the system

2. Click on "File Management" Module


Click on File Management Module


3. Click on "Maintenance" sub module

Click on Maintenance link

4. Click on File Progress / Bring Ups link


Click on File Progress / Bring Ups link


5. To add a file Bring Up only, click on Add New Progress button


Click on Add New Progress button

6. Click on "Add File Bring Up" Only option

Click on Add File Bring Up Only option

7.  Add File Bring Up / Reminder form will pop out

Fill in the details accordingly in the provided fields once done click on the "Add File Bring Up" button to submit. You  will also get a  notification on the next bring up date.
