This module enables you to capture all the activities done or involved in when handling a particular client matter.


Steps:

1. Log into the system

2. Go to "File Management" Module

3. Click on "Maintenance" link


Click on Maintenance link

4. Click on "File Progress / Bring Ups" link


Click on File Progress / Bring Ups


5. To add a file progress only, click on "Add New Progress" button at the top page.

6. Click on Add File Progress Only

This tab enables you to add a file progress only as shown below.


Click on Add File Progress Only

7. Add file progress form will pop out

Fill in all the details accordingly in the provided fields as shown below i.e. client file, action description, time taken etc

8. Scroll down to Send to expenses

Note that if any expense was involved you are able to capture the amount incurred which will be sent to billing. Once done click on the "Add File Progress" to save the Progress.
