This module enables you to register and access all the files registered in the system. Also, assign the particular file(s) to the responsible advocate and Law Firm handling the matters.


Follow the the below steps:


1. Log into the system and go to "File Management" Module.

2. Click on "Maintenance" sub module

Click on Maintenance link

3. Click on "Manage Files" option

4. A file list page will pop out which has all the files registered in the system.

5. To open a new file, click on "Open New File" button at the top page

6. Open new client file form will pop out

Fill in the  details appropriately i.e. select contact, note that the contacts registered in the system will appear in the drop down hence contact registration is key which will now enable you open a file for the client, file type, opening date, assigned law firms (law firms registered in the system). Click on the Open File button at the bottom to save the details.

7. Once the details have been saved you are able to view the opened file from the file list as illustrated below and this shows the file number, contact, file name, status etc.
