Once the contract has been created, undergone the review process you are now able to initiate the contract for approvals.

Please note that you have to change the status of the contract to Final Draft (which means that the reviewal process was successful) once this is done you are now able to initiate the approval process. 

Please follow the below steps:

1. Log into the system


 

2. Click on “MANAGE CONTRACTS” module

 

3. Go to the specific contract with the status (draft passed review) select it by clicking on the check box against it

 

4. Scroll down to the bottom page and select marked as final draft option 

once done click on the Go button to save


 

5. Contract status will read Final Draft. This will now initiate the approval process

 

6. Click on “Action” button to share the contract for approval

 

7. Click on “Initiate Approval Process” option

 

8. Click on “Add Approvers” button in pop out form 

 

9. Select approvers then click on the “Save” button to submit the details

 

10. Click on Initiate “Approval Process” to share the contract for approvals

 

11. Shared contract will read (awaiting approvals from the selected approvers) as shown below
