Clauses are the different sections in contracts which are used to address specific aspects of the agreement and they also define the privileges and duties stated in a contract.

Follow the below steps:

1. Log into the system


2. Click on “CLAUSE LIBRARY” module


 

3. This is to view a list of all clauses captured in the system. To add a clause, click on “Add Clause” button at the top page.


 

4. Fill in all the details in the pop out form i.e. Clause title and content accordingly

Once done click on the Save button to submit the details.
