NB: A note is any announcement/update or progress made regarding a particular contract.


Follow the below steps:


1. Log into the system


2. Click on “MANAGE CONTRACTS” module


 

3. Go to the specific contract you wish to add a note for then click on “Action” button against it 


 

4. Click on “View More” option


 

5. Click on Notes link under the contract details


 

6. Click on “Add Note” button as shown below 


 

7. Fill in the details in the pop out form i.e. contract notes once done click on the Save button to submit the details


 

8. Contract note is saved as shown below containing all the details i.e. title, party, contract type etc as shown below.
