KPI(s) are the Key Performance Indicators that help in measuring the contract progress and performance to achieve the goals against the contract and when optimally used they play a role in driving different actions i.e. Contract Value, monitoring and renewal.
Please follow the below steps:
1. Log into the system
2. Click on “CONTRACT KPIS” module
3. Click on “Add KPI” button at the top page
4. fill in the following details accordingly i.e. select contract title, KPI title, KPI description, start date, end date, people to notify and signatories to be notified.
5. The added KPI is saved as shown below under contract KPIs
