Note that once a contract is created you are required to add the people involved and they will also be notified on the progresses of the contract(s).
Follow the below steps:
Log into the system
2. Click on “CONTRACT PEOPLE” module
3. To view a list of different contract and people involved. Click on “Add People” button at the top page
4. Fill in the details in the pop out form i.e. contract title, name, email and mobile number Click on Add People
Once done click on the “Add People” button to save
5. Click on the “Save” button to submit the details
Note that you can add as many people you wish to depending on the contract
6. The details will appear as shown in the example below under (Sales Contract section)
