This module enables you to initiate a request for creation of a contract when two parties have come to agreement to perform specific services. I.e. Marketing department requesting the legal team to create a contract. Once the request has been done the status of the contract will be marked as Awaiting creation.
Please follow the below steps:
1. Log into the system
2. Click on “REQUEST CONTRACT” module
3. Click on “Request Contract” button at the top page
4. Fill in all the details accordingly in the provided fields i.e. (contract title, type, department, contract purpose, contract particulars, parties, amount, start and end date
5. Once done click on the “Submit” button to save the details
6. The request contracts will be saved under contracts sections this awaits creation as shown below
