This section enable  you to send emails in Bulk  i.e. to Customers, suppliers the email addresses are normally extracted from the registration point of the clients, suppliers and many more.


Steps:


  1. Log into the system
  2. Click on the Addons at the top right of the page
  3. Select Bulk Email from the options presented
  4. Start by creating a new campaign by clicking on New Email Campaign button at the top page
  5. Fill in the required details on the pop out form then submit once done (this action will save the created campaign as draft on the bulk email campaign list)
  6. Once done, still on the Bulk Email Campaign list go to the Action menu usually found on the far right to perform various actions i.e. Edit campaign, view campaign, view documents etc
  7. This requires you to add recipients by going to the Action menu then click on View Recipients option, click on Add recipients button to enable you choose the recipient group on the drop down list i.e. Could  be all customers, clients etc. ( You can filter to enable you choose the specific receivers or alternatively select all if the email is to be sent to everyone in the group selected. Save the details by clicking on the Add to email campaign at the bottom page
  8. To manage the email, revert back to Bulk Email Campaign page, click on Action menu then select View Campaign option. View email campaign form will pop out which has different options, color coded differently to enable you perform various actions such as view recipients, preview campaign, send campaign etc
  9. Select Send Campaign to send the email to the recipients
