This happens in an instance where a particular employee is no longer working in your organization also not using the system.


Please follow the below steps


  1. Log in to the system
  2. Go to system set up module under User Accounts section
  3. Click on the “Manage User Accounts” link
  4. Scroll down to view all the users registered in the system
  5. Go to the specific user you wish to Deactivate then select using the check box against the name (the check boxes are on the last column)
  6. Scroll down to the Bulk Action at the bottom of the page
  7. Select “Deactivate User Account” option then click on the “GO” to save
