This happens in an instance where a particular employee is no longer working in your organization also not using the system.
Please follow the below steps
- Log in to the system
- Go to system set up module under User Accounts section
- Click on the “Manage User Accounts” link
- Scroll down to view all the users registered in the system
- Go to the specific user you wish to Deactivate then select using the check box against the name (the check boxes are on the last column)
- Scroll down to the Bulk Action at the bottom of the page
- Select “Deactivate User Account” option then click on the “GO” to save
