Kindly follow the below steps:


  1. Log in to the system
  2. Go to system set up module under User Accounts section
  3. Click on the “Manage User Department” link
  4. Click on the “Add Department” button
  5. Fill in all the details in the pop out form i.e. Department code, department name, head of department and appear in performance report
  6. Click on the “Add” button to save
