Kindly follow the below steps:


  1. Log in to the system
  2. Go to system set up module under User Accounts section
  3. Click on the “Manager User Groups” link
  4. Scroll down to view all the user groups registered in the system
  5. Go to the specific user group you wish to Delete then select it using the check box against the name (the check boxes are on the last column)
  6. Scroll down to the Bulk Action at the bottom of the page
  7. Select “Delete Group” option then click on the “Perform” to save
