Please follow the below steps:


  1. Log in to the system
  2. Go to system set up module under company’s details section
  3. Click on the “File Types” link to view all the file types captured in the system
  4. Go to the specific file type you wish to delete then select it using the check box against it (the check boxes are on the last column)
  5. Scroll down to the Bulk Action at the bottom of the page
  6. Select Delete File Type option then click on the “GO” to save
