How to change Advocate Handling a file(s) Print

To change File(s) responsible Advocate, one must have the role to "Bulk Action on Files"

Go to "File Management" module
Under "Maintenance", click on "Manage File".
Against every file, there is a check box used to select the desired files. Use it to select the specific file(s) by clicking on it.
Scroll down to the bottom of that page after all the files to the "Bulk Action" which has different options.
Select "Change Responsible advocate" and choose the advocate you wish to transfer the file(s) to.
Finally click on "Go" to save the changes.
