Below are the steps:
1. Log in to the system
2. Go to "File Management" module
3. Under "Maintenance" section click on the Manage Files link to view all the files registered in the system
4. Go to that specific file you wish to Delete and select it using the check box against it (the check boxes are in the last column).
5. Scroll down at the bottom of the page/ after all the files to the Bulk Action which has different options
6. Select "Delete File (s)" then click on "Go" to delete the file (s).
