- Closing Staff Accounts- After terminating an employee, we may decide to close their account so that that they don’t appear on active employee spaces like while processing payroll or Requesting Loans or advances list and so on. To Close a Staff Account;
Steps:- Log in to the system
- Go to HR and Payroll Module, under Staff Management Section
- Click on the Manage Staff A/C's link then scroll down to view all the staff members registered in the system
- At the right end of the Staff List, the last column are the checkboxes.
- Select Staff whose account to Close by checking the checkboxes linking to their entries.
- Once selected, scroll to the bottom right end of the listings, make sure Close Staff Account is selected.
- Click on the Go button beside it.
- You will be prompted on whether to go ahead with the Closure. On the prompt, click OK to proceed or Cancel to cancel.
