Every year there is a fixed number of days allocated for the leave days depending on type of leave it is. For instance, say 90 days for Maternity Leave. But once in a while for one reason or the other we may need to deduct leave days for a staff. 

 

Please follow the steps below to deduct staff’s leave days ;-


  1. Go to the HR and Payroll module.

  2. Click on Staff Management.

  3. From the available options, select Manage Staff A/C’s to open the staff list page.

  4. To deduct leave days for a specific staff member, click on the Action menu located at the far right.

  5. Select Deduct Leave Days from the menu. A form will open.

  6. Enter the required details: Year, Leave Type, Leave Days and Comments

    7. Once all details are entered, click Save to complete the process.
