Every year there is a fixed number of days allocated for the leave days depending on type of leave it is. For instance, say 90 days for Maternity Leave. But once in a while for one reason or the other we may need to deduct leave days for a staff.
Please follow the steps below to deduct staff’s leave days ;-
- Log into the system and go to HR and Payroll tab.
- Under Staff Management section click on Manage Staff A/C's link to open the staff list page.
- From the staff you want to Deduct leave days for, head to the Action column, click the Action button and select the Deduct Leave Days option to open the Deduct Leave Days popup page.
- Set the Year: , Leave Type: , Leave Days: field to the number of days to be deducted and the Comments:
- Click the Save button to submit details.
