This module helps to clear with the organization during resignation / termination process. Only terminated employees will appear in this list with their termination or resignation application having any status other than rejected.

 

Please follow the steps below to start the clearance process ;-

 

  1. Log in to the system and select HR & Payroll tab.
  2. Under the HR Admin section, click on the Employee Clearance link opening the clearance list page.
  3. Select the Employee for clearance from the select option at the top left of the page.
  4. Click on the blue New Employee Clearance button at the top left of the clearance list to open the clearance form. 
  5. Click the Initiate button to start the clearance process.

 

NB: The initiate button sends emails to both the employee involved and heads of departments to notify them of ongoing clearance process
