This process ensures that an employee has fulfilled all necessary requirements and obligations before leaving their position within a company or organization. This process may involve various steps such as returning company property, settling outstanding financial matters, completing exit interviews, and obtaining necessary signatures or approvals from relevant departments or supervisors. 


Steps:

  1. Locate the HR & Payroll module 
  2. Under  HR & Admin section the select Staff HOD Clearance this will display a list of all staff members whose clearance i.e. has not started, incomplete etc
  3. Locate the specific user you need to clear
  4. At the far right of the user name click on the Action menu and choose Edit option. This opens up the employee clearance form
  5. Tick on the checkboxes next to the items relevant to the users' department
  6. Once done click on the Submit button to save
