Below are the steps:

  1. Log into the system
  2. Go to HR and Payroll Module
  3. Under “Learning and Development Classes” section, click on the “Manage Learning/ Development Classes” link.
  4. This directs you to your CPD classes applied for the year
  5. To apply for a class, click on Apply for Class at the top left of the page. Complete the details on apply for class/training form i.e. Application date, staff name and class type
  6. Click on Submit once done. This redirects you to another Apply Class/Training form, complete the details on the form i.e. start and end date, topic, venue, cost and recommender
  7. Click Submit once done to save your class application. This awaits recommendation and Approval
