This schedule outlines the repayment terms of a loan taken by an employee. It specifies the amount to be repaid, the repayment period, and the frequency of payments. This depends on the item applies could be savings, relief, payment/deduction or an investment.


Steps:

 

  1. Log into the system
  2. Locate and click on the Hr & Payroll module
  3. On the Staff Management section, click Staff Loan Application link
  4. Click on Apply Loan button at the top left. Complete the form by filling in i.e. application date, staff name, loan type,  amount applied, repayment start month, repayment amount, repayment period and select the recommender.
  5. Once done click on Apply to complete your application. This will reflect during payroll processing
