The Asset Insurance Coverage feature allows you to capture and maintain the details of an insurance company or broker providing insurance coverage for the firm’s assets.

To add insurance coverage details:

  1. Log in to the system. 
  2. Go to the Tools and Add-ons module. 
  3. Under Fixed Asset Management, click on Asset Insurance Coverage. 
  4. Click on the Add Insurance Coverage button at the top left of the page. 
  5. A pop-up form will appear. Enter the relevant insurance provider details in the following fields: 
    • Insurer Name 
    • Postal Address 
    • Postal Code 
    • Town 
    • Telephone No. 
    • Fax No. 
    • Email Address 
    • Website 
    • Physical Address 
    • Broker’s Details 
  1. Once you have entered all the required details, click on the Add Coverage button to save the information.
