Below are the steps:
- Log into the system
- Go to Tools and Add-Ons module
- Under Stores/Inventory section, click on the “Manage Items” link
- Click on the “Request Item(s)” button at the top left of the page
- Fill in the following field in the pop out form, date, staff requesting, branch. Category, product type, item name and quantity
- Click in the “Submit” button to save once you are done
